Duncan Mounsor

Duncan joined ET in 1990 as a service engineer before moving into sales and marketing and became Managing Director in 2015. With many years’ experience, Duncan is often approached by regulators, consultants and researchers for his monitoring and applications advice. Specialising in Environmental Science, Duncan plays an active part in ET’s sales of cutting-edge instrumentation into the scientific and research sectors.

He's very keen to develop ET as a leader of innovative new products to the market.

Duncan has the following qualifications and affiliations:
Diploma of Higher Education in Environmental Science
Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management
Member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences

 

Mike Webley

As a co-founder of ET in 1983 and the company’s longest serving employee, Mike has an unsurpassed wealth of knowledge of all things Air Quality Monitoring related including instruments, legislation, UK, EU, USEPA and Air Quality Monitoring laws. He is also one of the Worlds’ leading experts on monitoring technology. 

Responsible for London, South-East and Scotland key accounts as well as overseas business development and sales.

Outside of the UK, Mike plays a major part in ET’s continued export success with ET systems and products now being found on every continent and in over 60 countries.

Mike has the following qualifications and affiliations:
Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management
Member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences

Paul Norman

Paul started at ET in 1991 in the Service Department of which he became Customer Services Manager, a position he held for 15 years. He has over 25 years experience in the assembley, installation and servicing of turn-key air pollution systems and it is this experience that has pathed the way for a move into Sales. Paul now specialises in selling and advising customers on AQM and CEMS systems throughout the UK.

Lewis John

A chemistry graduate with heaps of enthusiasm. Lewis specialises in our scientific & research instrumentation including ET’s Los Gatos Research analysers, and recently completed a training course at LGR’s headquarters in San Jose. He is also one of the primary operators of the Smogmobile, and is responsible for producing scientific reports and GPS overlaid pollution maps based on the measurements taken.

Lewis has the following qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Chemistry
Lewis is also an associate member of The Royal Society of Chemistry (AMRSC)

Carly Button

Carly is the first point of contact for overseas sales enquiries. An excellent administrator with experience of working with overseas customers. Carly often produces complex quotations for customers with very specific needs.

Carol Moran

Carol is the first point of contact for the sales team. Incredibly organised and proficient, sales enquiries are channelled through Carol to the relevant Sales team member for processing.

Mike Smith

Mike is an emissions monitoring expert with extensive experience in managing emissions monitoring staff and contracts plus maintenance and calibration of advanced analytical instrumentation.

He manages the resource scheduling – including staff, timings and required stock – for the commissioning and service of ET equipment. With the UK’s largest service team in the industry – servicing equipment at some 500 customer sites – a key part of Mike’s role is balancing planned and urgent call-out requests.

Cherry Connolly

Cherry is the coordinator for the Customer Services Team and tasked with building and developing relationships with the clients. Cherry is a very experienced problem solver and even though she is new to the industry, she enjoys the challenge.  Cherry deals with quotes, queries, parts, admin, systems and hires.

Alan Fender

Alan joined ET as an Apprentice Technician in 1998. An initial stint in the company’s workshop and later, as a Service Engineer has equipped Alan with a broad understanding of ET supported AQM and CEM equipment, that’s now utilised by ET customers via its helpdesk.

Alan now runs the helpdesk, an integral part of ET’s customer support service, regularly receiving over 100 customer emails and at peak times, 70 calls day. Alan is also currently mentoring apprentice TSE, Macauley.

 

David Goddard

David is an MoD trained electronics and avionics engineer who built up 15 years knowledge and experience of analysers/systems with ET before he went to work for BAe Systems in Saudi Arabia.

Having gained a lot of experience overseas, he's now back at ET. His role includes improving systems, supervising the workshop and providing hands-on assistance with the testing of new instruments, repairs and FAT’s. David is also available for servicing, installations and commissioning overseas when needed.

Chris Easton

Our principle repair and test engineer. A very knowledgeable technician with over 35 years experience in instrument build, repair and UKAS calibration.

Becky Davis

A very competent administrator, responsible for schedul­ing our Customer Services Engineers, ensuring that we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.

Rickie Lambert

Relatively new to ET, Ricky has 12 years of previous customer administration experience.  Working alongside Becky, he schedules service visits for installation and commissioning, regular maintenance and breakdowns.

Stuart Robinson

As one of our Senior Engineers, Stuarts 20 years experience is invaluable to customers and colleagues alike. He works for ET on AQM in the UK’s South East and Internationally. His highlights include multiple stints in Kazakhstan installing some 35 air quality monitoring stations. Stuart is based in North London.

Aiman Etra

Aiman spent 25 years with one of the world’s leading energy companies, Shell UK, as an Instrumentation and Control Technician before working in the field of air quality monitoring. 

He joined ET in 2012 when ET acquired the service business of Casella. Aiman is now a valued member of ET’s network of Engineers – the UK’s largest AQM Service Team – and is based in Kent.

Alex Baxter

With over 25 years’ ET experience, Alex is one of the company’s most knowledgeable and highly-skilled AQM and CEM Service Engineers. After an initial stint in England , Alex is now based in Kilkenny in the South East of Ireland.

Gordon Gledhill

A highly-skilled field Engineer, Gordon’s experience has been utilised by ET on multiple projects since he joined the company in 2004. Based in the north-east of England, Gordon represents ET in the service and maintenance of ambient air quality monitoring equipment used by local authorities across Humberside, and from Skegness through to the Scottish Boarders. Gordon is based in Darlington.

Graham Lynch

Graham is an AQM equipment Service Engineer with almost a decades experience. He’s fully factory-trained on brands including Monitor Labs, TEOM, FDMS and TAPI; holds a current safety passport and can undertake electrical PAT testing. Graham is based in Corringham in Essex.

James Davies

James has worked as a field Service Engineer on air quality monitoring equipment for more than ten years.  Joining ET in October 2012, James is now part of the company’s regional network of field-based Service Engineers – the UK’s largest AQM Service Team– operating from a base in Warrington, Cheshire.

Anthony Ingram

Anthony started out as an Avionics Technician in the Armed Forces. It was during this time he picked up many usefull engineering skills whilst carrying out maintenance checks, fault finding, component installation and function testing for electrical systems. Anthony joined ET in 2015 and is based in Bath.

Steve Hall

Over the years Steve has gained a wealth of knowledge repairing, commissioning, installing and servicing ambient air quality monitors. He is a highly-skilled Service Engineer with some 21 years’ experience meeting customer needs and expectations in the servicing industry. Steve is based in Gloucestershire.

John South

John is a highly-skilled Service Engineer with some 30 years’ experience.

He has worked in the field of pollution measuring equipment for ten years, beginning with Casella in 2002. John is now a valued member of ET’s regional network of Engineers. His  expertise covers a wide variety of equipment from ambient air analysers and CEMS equipment to pumps and data logging systems. John is based in Doncaster.

Kevin McCluskey

Kevin Joined ET in February 2016 and has been making a positive impact as our Scottish Regional Engineer. After completing his training, he is now tasked with doing routine services and call-outs throughout Scotland.

Prior to his work at ET, Kevin was working as a Biomedical field Service Engineer, covering the UK and Europe for 7 years. Kevin is based in East Kilbride.

Russell Cook

Before joining ET in 2003 Russell’s early career includes a five-year stint as a merchant seaman with BP. Previous experience as a mechanical fitter working for a world-leader in the design of air and gas equipment, along with five years servicing A/C units, meant he joined ET with an initial specialism supporting the climate control systems that run alongside monitoring systems. Russell is F Gas registered and is based in Gloucestershire

Marcus Gardiner

Marcus joined ET in 1993 and has been involved in the assembly, installation and commissioning of turn-key systems for the UK and overseas market since. Some of his high profile customers include the Environment Agency (Emergency mobile response vehicles) and the National Physical Laboratory where he has looked after their Digitel network covering the whole of the UK. Marcus is based in Gloucestershire.

Phil Haines

Phil is our lead Aircon Engineer. He is F Gas registered, and takes the lead for us in air conditioning activities. This includes new A/C installs, service of existing assets, diagnosis of A/C problems and recommendation for replacement of old / broken equipment. Phil is based in Gloucestershire.
