Salary: Starting from £42,000 dependant on experience

The role…
Within this role you’ll be responsible for a team of regional engineers ensuring day to day activities are fulfilled covering Health and Safety, resourcing and contractual obligations. You’ll be a technical expert in your field to provide effective solutions an uphold the highest quality build, installation and commission standards.
Preferably you’ll have previous experience working in a CEMS or air monitoring industry. You’ll have an appreciation of the technical elements needed for role and have basic electronics knowledge.
You’ll be commercial savvy with excellent communication skills to manage service contract processes and the delivery across customers.
You’ll have the opportunity to continuously improve ways of working, implementation of procedures and have a positive impact in our service delivery.
You’ll be an experienced people manager with the ability to motivate and lead by example. You’ll have previous experience in developing individuals through mentoring, coaching and training.
