Richard brings over 25 years of expertise in Mechanical Engineering and an additional 13 years of experience in Operations, Maintenance, and Environmental Compliance within the Power Industry. Since joining ET in early 2025 as the Customer Service Manager, he has quickly familiarised himself with the company’s systems and procedures while fostering strong relationships both internally and with customers.

With a thorough understanding of plant operations, maintenance, and environmental compliance, as well as robust leadership capabilities and a steadfast commitment to health and safety, Richard is eager to broaden his expertise. He now oversees resource scheduling, which includes managing staff, timelines, and stock requirements for the commissioning and servicing of ET equipment. Richard plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery. As part of his responsibilities, he manages the UK’s largest service team in the industry, servicing equipment across approximately 500 customer sites with a significant aspect of his role involving balancing planned service activities with urgent call-out requests effectively.
