Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 (WEEE)

Enviro Technology Services Ltd (ET) is a registered member of the Transform WEEE Compliance Scheme (Producer Registration Number: WEE/GA0223XV). Please note that monitoring equipment supplied by ET falls into Category 9 (Monitoring and Control Equipment) of the 2013 WEEE regulations. End-users of ET monitoring equipment are therefore reminded of their responsibilities of financing the cost of disposal of ET supplied products when they come to the end of life. ET can also arrange for authorised WEEE collection and disposal at additional cost if required. In accepting ET’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and placing POs with ET, end-users are contractually obliged to dispose of end of life ET supplied products under the requirements of the WEEE Regulations and at their own cost.

All orders are accepted subject to our Standard Conditions of Sale which may be revised prior to final acceptance of the order.
