Part-time: 16 hours per week (flexible across Monday–Friday)

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Cura Terrae Air, part of the Cura Terrae Group, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our Operations team on a maternity cover basis. About the Role

the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the wider Operations team to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality service to our customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting communication between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise quotes and purchase orders, managing them through to completion in line with company processes
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to gather information for quotations
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and company records using internal systems
  • Support the management of CEMS service contracts, including renewals and updates
  • Ensure internal portals (including AirTime Contracts) are kept current and accurate
  • Provide updates to customers and internal teams regarding shipments, site visits, and service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across Operations, Sales, and Management teams
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
