What is an ET Service Contract?
An ET service contract is an agreement designed to ensure the ongoing maintenance and reliability of your air monitoring equipment. Our service contracts act as a commitment from us that we will keep your monitoring systems in excellent condition, helping you to minimise downtime.
Our service contracts are designed to give you peace of mind by offering regular maintenance, timely repairs and proactive system checks.
Key Benefits of an ET Service Contract
The key benefits of our service contracts include:
- Experienced senior engineers – Our engineers and workshop technicians have regular manufacturer training so we can be sure their knowledge is current.
- Engineers all over the UK – ET’s team of highly skilled service engineers is the largest in the country. They are located in key areas around the UK and Ireland to guarantee that Industrial and Ambient customer equipment emergencies are responded to in as little as 48 hours (depending on the agreed service level).
- Technical Support Engineer Helpline – customers with a service contract can call our TSE helpline 9-5, 5 days a week. In most cases the TSE can access faulty equipment via a comms link to run diagnostic checks. If an engineer visit is required, they will arrive with an understanding of the problem and come equipped to deal with it.
- Customised, tailored contracts – Your service contract will be tailored to meet your unique business needs. We will work closely with you to understand your requirements before developing agreements that align with your specific industry and goals
- Flexibility – Our contracts are designed to be flexible, allowing for amendments and updates as your business grows and adapts to change
- Risk Mitigation – With an ET service contract, you are effectively mitigating risks associated with unexpected breakdowns and malfunctions. Our proactive approach to system checks and timely repairs reduces the likelihood of costly and unplanned downtime, safeguarding your operations against potential disruptions.
- Data accuracy and reliability – Through ensuring that your equipment is well-maintained and calibrated our service contracts prioritise the integrity of your data.
- Timely reporting – We understand the importance of timely reporting for business operations and so you can expect prompt and comprehensive reporting and the status of your equipment and any recommended improvements.
