We’ve passed three BSI Quality Management Systems audits - with flying colours

Duncan Mounsor Managing Director

After a very positive year in 2020 despite the obvious challenges, ET hit the ground running in the first week back of 2021 with the final two audits of our trio of quality management systems.

We can now proudly say that we recently passed all three assessments Quality Management System ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO18001:2007 with flying colours! In addition, since then we have now transitioned from 18001 to 45001.

ET have always taken our commitment to continuous improvement very seriously.

Throughout the year our employees work collectively to make sure all our procedures are followed within the guidelines of these quality systems so that we can be sure we are always operating at the highest standards we possibly can. This is what sets us apart from other service providers. Of course, on occasion issues will arise which we resolve, documenting each occurrence as we go to make sure we are not only being transparent but also actively seeking to improve our procedures as we go.

So now our audits are complete, it’s business as usual at ET doing what we do best. Our Customer Service team is busy scheduling Engineers to service your air quality monitoring equipment and our Sales team are diligently producing customer quotes – and looking forward to discussing your specific air quality monitoring requirements with you.
