Customer Support Manager

Erica oversees the Technical Support Engineer team and Workshop team, together with the support/service team, since taking on the role of Customer Support Manager. Erica is vital to the smooth running of the Customer Services department, who rely heavily on her to generate and issue quotes for parts to both existing and potential customers. While managing customer relations by facilitating communication among all parties, Erica is also involved in chasing orders and communicating timescales and delivery information. She excels in carrying out our core value of prioritising customer satisfaction in everything we do. Erica also provides support to the Customer Support Admin team.
