Erica is vital to the smooth running of the Customer Services department.

Erica is invaluable to our customer services department ,who rely heavily on her to generate and issue quotes for parts to both existing and potential customers. Through this process, Erica manages customer relations by facilitating communication among  all involved parties.  Erica is involved in chasing orders, communicating timescales and delivery information, aligning with ET’s core value of prioritising customer satisfaction  in everything we do. Erica also provides support to the CS Admin team.
