Felicity provides Cura Terrae Air with strategic leadership and oversees the overall operations and growth of the business.
She is responsible for driving business development and aligning business goals to the direction of the group. This will be focusing on team development, financial health and continuous improvement. She has 20 years of experience spanning the UK, Europe, and Australia in the air quality industry, working for global manufacturers. Six of these years have been in senior roles in the UK developing markets and identifying areas for growth.
