Projects Administrator

Joanne Williams is a Projects Administrator at Enviro Technology Services Ltd. and carries out administration tasks for the Projects Team, liaising with all parts of the business, especially the Sales and Customer Service Teams. 

Joanne orders equipment for a variety of customer orders; she orders equipment from complete Air Quality Monitoring stations, through to a large quantity of analysers, to smaller orders of just one analyser/piece of equipment. 

Joanne places orders, contacts suppliers, and updates customers and her colleagues. She works with customers based both in the UK and overseas. 

Joanne informs customers of when their equipment will arrive and arranges for it to be sent out. Sometimes this is in conjunction with CS team as it will require an engineer, sometimes it is direct to customer. If dealing with a larger project, such as with an enclosure, then Project Engineers are involved with delivery.
