Madan provides technical support and data management to customers on a variety of types of air quality monitoring equipment and software, via phone, web-based tools and email.
Madan is currently completing an IT apprenticeship at ET. He assists the Senior Technical Support Engineer with the provision of technical assistance in respect of air pollution analyser faults and IT support, such as communications faults including RS232 and TCP/IP settings.
Madan helps our customers with technical issues and calls back to site, escalating to the Senior Technical Support Engineer when necessary and provides basic manual support to other technical functions such as the workshop or the company engineers when required. He is committed to identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions to problems.
