Paul is highly experienced in key account management & equipment sales, with excellent project & team leadership skills. During his 30 years at ET, he has accrued extensive knowledge of real-time instrumentation for gas and particulate measurement. Paul began his career at ET as a Service Engineer which has given him a comprehensive background in the installation & servicing of air quality monitoring systems, with specific expertise in software and hardware support, client training, troubleshooting, and on-time project delivery. He then went on to become Customer Services Manager, a position he held for 15 years where he led 20+ technical and support personnel, overseeing all aspects of client support including service, maintenance, repair, equipment sales, leasing, hire and related functions. It is this experience that pathed the way for a move into ET’s Sales Department in 2017, specialising in sales and support of AQM and CEMS systems throughout specific areas of the UK, focusing on Local Authority’s.
