How it works

The JCM-300 is a compact gas sample cooler that uses Peltier technology for optimal cooling performance. Sample gas coolers play a vital role in extractive gas analysis as they cool the gas to a consistent low temperature, around 5°C. The cooling process causes water vapor in the sample gas to condense, allowing it to be removed before reaching the gas analyser downstream. This protects highly sensitive gas analysers from potential damage caused by condensate, ensuring reliable and accurate gas analysis results.

A compact, lightweight design makes it ideal for applications with limited space.
