  • Capable of fully automated isokinetic sampling from 6 hours to 8 weeks.
  • CO₂ Sampling Option measures the ratio of fossil and non-fossil fuel usage.
  • Air-cooled sampling system with proven sensors for flow, temperature, and gas composition.
  • Air-driven pump for reliable, energy-efficient sampling operations.
  • Certified to EN 15267 standards, offering additional assurance of measurement accuracy.

The OPSIS DX100 is designed to sample and analyse dioxins, furans, and CO₂ in industrial emissions. It’s ideal for use in sectors like waste incineration, cement manufacturing, and the power industry, ensuring compliance with strict European emissions standards.

With its air-cooled system, automated sampling capabilities, and compliance with EN 1948, the DX100 provides accurate and reliable long-term monitoring. Optional CO₂ sampling functionality allows the system to determine the fossil-to-non-fossil fuel ratio, adding value for operations focused on reducing their carbon footprint.

Due to typically low dioxin levels, real-time monitoring is not feasible. Instead, long-term sampling of flue gas is carried out, where the gas is collected in an absorbent material inside a container. Once the sampling period is complete, the container is sent to an external lab for dioxin analysis. Sampling flue gas poses challenges, as it must be done isokinetically, requiring precise control and measurement of the sampling volume. Additionally, the equipment needs to withstand harsh conditions, including aggressive, dust-laden, and moist flue gases. The OPSIS DX100 system, with its robust design and proven technology, effectively meets these demands.

The system integrates seamlessly with existing sensors and equipment, leveraging a durable design built for harsh industrial environments. The DX100 is perfect for continuous monitoring and reporting of PCDDs, PCDFs, and dioxin-like PCBs in compliance with the latest environmental directives.
