Mike Smith attains Fellowship Status at Royal Society of Chemistry

Enviro Technology Customer Services Manager, Mike Smith, has attained Fellowship status of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC).

For Mike, also a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and a Chartered Chemist (CChem), becoming a FRSC fulfils a long-term personal ambition and recognises a career of almost 40 years working primarily in the fields of analytical chemistry, stack emissions testing and air quality monitoring.

Mike is highly experienced in analytical chemistry and has a wealth of knowledge on analytical monitoring technology, standards, calibration and measurement quality assurance and uncertainty. Mike has been on-board with ET for over 5-years now and manages our large and very busy service team. His attainment of FRSC status highlights ET’s commitment to personal development and also ET’s continued mission of collective professional growth by means of training, CPD, vocational qualifications, and professional memberships.
