Mike is ET’s Customer Services Manager and has extensive experience in managing large teams of service engineers and high-profile service contracts.
Mike is an emissions monitoring expert with four decades of instrumentation calibration, fault diagnosis, field servicing and repair, and environmental monitoring experience.
A co-creator of the UK’s first ISO 17025 quality system for conducting emissions monitoring on customers’ sites, Mike has been at the forefront of managing analytical QA/QC systems since the early 1990s.
Mike has extensive experience in managing emissions monitoring staff, service engineers and key account nationwide service contracts plus maintenance and calibration of advanced analytical instrumentation.
Mike also manages the resource scheduling – including staff, timings and required stock – for the commissioning and service of ET equipment. With the UK’s largest service team in the industry – servicing equipment at some 500 customer sites – a key part of Mike’s role is balancing planned and urgent call-out requests.
